Energy Healing with Jan

Lifelong teacher and healer Jan Stansel will hold the community in a weekly, long-distance energy healing session. This offering is perfect for those looking to experience reiki for the first time, those who want to practice giving and receiving long-distance reiki, and anyone looking to be held in a gentle healing moment.

Jan will begin the offering with a guided meditation to set the space. From there, each attendee can rest in the group healing space while Jan and those who would like to offer energy as well as recieve, will move to work on each attendee directly.

We’ll close the offering with a shared call for healing within ourselves, each other and our world.

About Jan Stansel 

Jan is a teacher and healer based in Nashville, Tennesse. Her many clients, community, friends, and family, as well as pets, rely on her for talents as a healer and wisdom holder. Jan is practiced in reiki, QiGong, Therapeutic Touch, Cranial Sacral and other modalities. She is most appreciated for impactful energy, the completeness of her sessions, her accessible style and her bottomless compassion.

Jan completed a three-year course at the Mid-Atlantic Center for Healing and was ordained in their tradition in 1999. She is a reiki master in the Usui tradition, having received her training directly from lineage-holder Betty Brody and the Karuna reiki tradition. She see clients and offers classes both online and at her Studio in Nashville, TN.
