Papaya is golden, soft and sweet with peppery seeds within its buttery body. Beyond its delectable taste, this fruit works wonders when it comes to your complexion — and really any area of your skin that needs nourishing. Papaya is rich in vitamin A and antioxidants that lend to radiant skin and blemish prevention. The fruit also fights acne with its inflammation-reducing enzymes.
